1. Scope of Services
Kyranis Logistics Agency agrees to arrange transportation, customs clearance, and related logistics services as per the client’s request. The company does not guarantee transit times but will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery schedules.
2. Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 3 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.
Rates are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices, carrier tariffs, exchange rates, or government regulations.
3. Charges & Payment Terms
All charges are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms: Due on receipt unless otherwise specified on the official Kyranis Logistics Agency documents.
Late payments will incur monthly interest charge based on industry standards.
The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees unless otherwise agreed.
4. Liability & Insurance
Kyranis Logistics Agency acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, partners, etc.).
Liability is limited to the terms set by international conventions such as Hague-Visby Rules, CMR, or Warsaw Convention.
Cargo insurance is NOT included in the quote. Clients are advised to arrange their own insurance or request coverage at an additional cost.
5. Customs & Compliance
The shipper/consignee is responsible for providing accurate documentation. Any fines, penalties, or storage charges due to incorrect or incomplete paperwork will be charged to the client.
Kyranis Logistics Agency is not liable for customs delays or government inspections.
6. Force Majeure
Kyranis Logistics Agency is not liable for any delay, loss, or additional costs arising from circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, Wars, Shipwreck, Fire or government actions.
7. Claims & Disputes
Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 3 days of delivery.
Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the court of Sfax.
8. Cancellation & Amendments
Changes or cancellations may be subject to additional fees.
If a shipment is canceled after booking, the client may be charged applicable fees based on carrier or supplier terms.
